Los Angeles County Bomberos

The Bomberos Association will be hosting a Golf Tournament fundraiser to benefit local community charities.  We are looking for volunteers to help organize and coordinate this charity event.  The date of the event is yet to be determined.

L.A. County Bomberos Association and Paseo Cantina Restaurant in Pasadena hosted a fundraiser for L.A. County Fire Explorer Scholarships on October 4th, 2009.   A special "Thank You" to all our supporters and to Paseo Cantina Restaurant in Pasadena (http://www.paseocantina.net/).  Paseo Cantina Restaurant not only hosted our fundraiser at their beautiful venue, but also donated part of their fee to our Scholarship Fund.  

We'd also like to recognize and thank Bomberos Association members Retired Chief Juan Gonzalez and Olivia Ortiz (F&A Federal Credit Union) for coordinating this fundraiser and volunteering their time.

 Bomberos Association Scholarships to County Explorers will be presented at the Annual L.A. County Fire Explorer Banquet in April 2010.
